Did you know that just 20 minutes after quitting smoking, your body will see amazing physiological changes?

The benefits after quitting smoking:
20 Minutes: Your blood pressure and temperature of your hands and feet return to normal levels.
24 Hours: Your chance of a heart attack decreases.
2 Weeks – 3 Months: Your circulation improves and lung function increases up to 30 percent.
1 – 9 Months: Coughing, sinus congestion, fatigue and shortness of breath
decrease; lung structures regain normal function.
1 Year: The excess risk of coronary heart disease is half that of a smoker’s.
5 Years: Your stroke risk is reduced to that of a non-smoker 5-15 years after quitting.
10 Years: The lung cancer death rate is about half that of a continuing smoker’s. Risk of cancer of the mouth, throat, esophagus, bladder, kidney and pancreas also decrease.
15 Years: The risk of coronary heart disease is equal to a non-smoker’s risk.
